Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee to be trained into a proficient auto glass technician. The program includes hands-on and classroom training, culminating in Safelite SafeTech certification to perform glass repair, replacement and recalibrations.

You'll be paid to learn with weekly pay between $30.25 - $33.50 per hour, and opportunities for advancement. A benefits package includes 401(k) matching, medical plans, paid time off, holidays and volunteer days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Learn through hands-on and classroom training.
• Assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Provide additional services and products to customers.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
