Jack Henry is seeking a GL Operations Analyst who will travel nationwide to support the implementation of GL software for financial institutions. You will guide clients through pre-installation, installation, training, and post-installation support while collaborating with the software team.

The role requires 5+ years in a financial institution with Back Office General Ledger Operations, and 40-50% travel. You may work extended hours, including nights and weekends, to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a financial institution with Back Office General Ledger Operations.
• This position entails 40-50% travel for software implementations. All travel expenses are covered by the company.
• Ability to work extended hours that include nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, design, and training of the GL Operations Software Application.
• Consult banking client to design parameter set and assist with data conversion validation.
• Coordinate with other analysts and programmers to analyze and audit transactions flowing through core systems.
• Travel with a conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion and implementations.
• Map customer processes to the Jack Henry product and prepare customers for installation.
• Provide post-installation support and training to customers.
• Set up customer systems and ensure related business processes run on the software.
• Provide software support remotely or onsite and communicate needs to the team.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project and resolve issues.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
