Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and train the GL Operations software application.
• Consult bank clients to design parameter sets and validate data conversion.
• Train clients on GL Operations applications and coordinate with programmers.
• Travel with the conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, and implementation.
• Map existing customer processes to Jack Henry products; oversee system setup.
• Provide training materials and post-installation support to customers.
