• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, design, and training of the GL Operations Software Application.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and validate data conversion.
• Train clients and provide post-install support for GL Operations applications.
• Travel with conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion, and implementations.
• Coordinate with programmers to map customer processes to Jack Henry products.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
