Job summary
Esri is seeking a Support Analyst I in Charlotte, NC to deliver high-quality technical assistance for Esri’s GIS platform. You will help customers leverage ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise while working with teams to resolve issues and improve usage of location intelligence.
The role requires 1+ years in customer service, IT and GIS awareness, and experience with SAML/SSO. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is expected, with sponsorship not available.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional and customer service experience in a similar position.
- Ability to learn ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise in an industry context.
- Experience communicating with customers with varying technical aptitudes in GIS/IT.
- Knowledge of IT frameworks including security, networking, installation, configuration, and performance.
- Familiarity with SAML/SSO solutions (ADFS, Google Workspace, Okta, Shibboleth).
Responsibilities
- Respond in real-time to customer needs via email, chat, and phone.
- Analyze issues to identify core problems and propose solutions.
- Stay current on new Esri releases and advise on multiple products.
- Collaborate with teammates to share patterns and resolve cases.
- Document cases thoroughly in the CRM system.
