Job summary
Esri is seeking a motivated technical support specialist to assist customers in leveraging the GIS platform for location intelligence.
In this role you will respond in real-time to cases submitted via email, chat, or phone, and you will become a domain expert across ArcGIS Online, Pro, and Enterprise. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset to help customers achieve success.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical support role.
- Experience with ArcGIS Online/Pro/Enterprise in an industry context.
- Knowledge of IT frameworks including security and networking.
- Experience with SAML-based authentication solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support in real-time via email, chat, and phone.
- Analyze customer issues to identify core problems and solutions.
- Stay current on Esri releases and expand product expertise.
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve cases and share best practices.
- Document cases thoroughly in the CRM to support customer understanding.
- Mentor peers and exchange insights on technical topics.
