Job summary

Esri is seeking a GIS subject matter expert based in Charlotte, NC. You will join an account team to advise customers on complex business challenges using Esri GIS technology and solutions.

You will lead technical meetings, demonstrate value, and present at conferences while applying spatial analysis, ArcGIS expertise, and IT knowledge to drive revenue and customer success. Domestic and international travel up to 25-50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years with Esri technology for maps and spatial analysis.
• Experience with local government and ArcGIS IT context.
• Ability to travel 25-50% domestically or internationally.
• Experience with data integration: data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics.
• Programming and scripting in Python and JavaScript.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
