Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in mapping, GIS, or a similar technical environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint.
• Ability to coordinate workloads, manage priorities, and support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Mapping Supervisor overseeing Mapping personnel involved in collecting and inputting mapping data.
• Review, approve and post maps and records to the document management system and online map database.
• Maintain the document management database and prepare Maps & Records documents for storage.
• Support access requests to drives and maintenance; assist with quarterly audits.
• Generate and update reports to monitor performance against Line of Sight deliverables (Safety, KPI, Compliance).
• Coordinate, generate and direct work coming into the department mailbox and queue.
• Capture and manage 850 completion and GIS postings related to department work queue.
• Manage 856 Mainline Map updates to ensure critical assets are captured and controlled during order closure.
