Bass Pro Shops in Prattville, AL seeks a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing and customer service under the guidance of the Group Sales or Department Manager.

You will lead daily tasks, coordinate scheduling, coach staff, assist in interviews, and ensure pricing integrity and product knowledge to deliver a legendary shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates and ensure customer service excellence.
• Support achievement of departmental sales, margins, inventory control and payroll goals.
• Prepare to-do / task lists and execute merchandising directives.
• Staff the department, interview candidates, and coordinate training.
• Maintain pricing, planograms, and product knowledge; lead specials/events.
