Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus four years progressively responsible experience in a related field with at least one year in supervision
• Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven transaction processing workflows
• Experience with databases or CRM systems and maintaining accurate financial records

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage day-to-day gift processing operations
• Lead and supervise staff to ensure timely, accurate processing and receipting of gifts
• Coordinate with donors, development staff, and units to ensure compliant processing
