Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to lead sales efforts across a designated GI geography. You will interact with Gastroenterologists, APPs, and PCPs, delivering clinically focused information and building long-term relationships.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires strong communication, CRM discipline, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Travel is expected to cover assigned territories.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
2+ years of successful medical sales experience or 1 year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI experience preferred.
Proven track record of sales success and ability to launch new products.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance to meet or exceed goals.
Engage Gastroenterologists, PCPs, APPs with clinically focused messages.
Develop territory business plans with Regional Manager and SAS.
Collaborate with marketing, training, and sales operations to execute plans.
