Job summary

Medtronic Endoscopy is seeking a field-based Territory Manager to call on hospitals across a defined geographic area in Orange County, CA. You will educate physicians and nurses on the GI product portfolio while expanding product adoption and ensuring optimal utilization of devices.

The role requires frequent travel and a valid driver’s license, with ongoing clinical knowledge development to support sales activity and customer success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years sales/clinical or related experience with HS diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years with Associate’s Degree.
• 2+ years with Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas by driving product adoption.
• Understand product line features, benefits and proof sources.
• Routinely visit customers within the territory.
• Build excellent relationships with healthcare professionals and physicians.
• Educate clinicians on GI product portfolio and use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and share best practices.
• Understand reimbursement environment for GI products.
• Update sales plans and forecasts efficiently.
• Provide strategies to accelerate sales growth and device adoption.
• Launch new devices in the territory.
