Job summary

Olympus Corporation seeks an EndoTherapy Territory Manager to drive revenue by clinically selling EndoTherapy devices to the Gastroenterology community. The role covers Hospital GI Labs and Ambulatory Surgery Centres, requiring strong business acumen and the ability to introduce new technologies in the field.

You will travel within the assigned territory daily, build relationships with physicians and staff, and stay current on product offerings, pricing, and market changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and involvement.
• Ability to travel within territory daily; overnight stays may be necessary.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Sales experience in healthcare preferred or Olympus-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and Olympus products.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quota in assigned territory.
• Be a clinical expert in the therapeutic GI space including EUS and ERCP.
• Develop and implement territory business plans with the Region Vice President.
• Establish and maintain field contact with key customers and decision makers.
• Lead product training and in-servicing of EndoTherapy products with staff.
• Attend sales meetings, training, conventions, and trade shows as directed.
