Olympus America is seeking an Endoscopy Account Manager to drive GI Care product sales across the Spokane, WA and Boise, ID region. The role focuses on building local business plans, engaging surgeons and clinics, and coordinating with field support to maximize product adoption.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare sales in gastroenterology or endoscopy, with proven closing skills and CRM experience. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales/marketing or clinical experience in healthcare gastroenterology or endoscopic field with at least 1 year in healthcare capital equipment.
• Proven track record of success in meeting sales objectives.
• Proficient in developing and following quarterly/annual business plans.
• Strong closing skills and team collaboration.
• MS Office skills and strong verbal/written communication.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales objectives within designated GI territory.
• Identify and pursue capital, disposable, and repair service business at account level.
• Implement sales strategy for all Endoscopy product groups.
• Establish/maintain field contact with key customers and decision makers; travel as needed.
• Develop/maintain knowledge of the GI market and healthcare landscape.
• Provide after-sale service to accounts and identify additional business opportunities.
• Provide input to Marketing and Service on forecasts and competitive activity.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage assets/equipment.
