Mayo Clinic is seeking an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in the GI Endoscopy outpatient setting. The role includes patient education for endoscopic procedures, pre-procedure assessments, and post-anesthesia monitoring.

You will collaborate with physicians and the nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Candidates should have at least one year of RN experience, a BSN or equivalent, and must obtain state licensure.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience required.
• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program or equivalent.
• BSN preferred; state licensure required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct patient care in the outpatient setting.
• Provide patient education for endoscopic procedures and evaluate medical history and allergies.
• Monitor patients post-anesthesia and ensure discharge criteria are met.
• Collaborate with MD and care team to provide high-quality nursing care.
