Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct patient care in the GI Endoscopy area. The RN will perform pre-procedure assessments, educate patients on endoscopic procedures, and monitor patients post-anesthesia.

This role requires an RN license and at least one year of RN experience. ACLS certification is expected within 3–6 months. The position is full-time and on-site at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient safety.

Qualifications

• RN with current license and eligibility to work in the state; one year of RN experience preferred.
• BSN bachelor's degree preferred; ADN with Mayo Clinic experience considered.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in ambulatory GI endoscopy settings.
• Provide pre-procedure assessment, patient education, and post-anesthesia monitoring.
