Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
• Proactively identifies customer style and adapts selling approach
• Proven track record of success in selling and presenting
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas and market dynamics

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs and financial targets to meet objectives
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and evaluate post-call outcomes
• Build trusted customer relationships and address customer needs
• Develop and execute calls that maximize access and coverage of key accounts
• Share market intelligence with in-field teams to align brand strategy
