Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher; Master’s preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of banking and investment products.
• Credit skills to structure complex deals and assess risk.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
• Experience with Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Call on clients to deepen relationships and anticipate needs.
• Propose customized solutions and build an effective portfolio.
• Collaborate with product experts to tailor offerings.
• Coordinate onboarding and retention with Case Manager and ensure KYC compliance.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen wallet share.
• Provide market updates and industry insights to clients.
• Support execution of strategic banking initiatives and drive innovation.
