Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and account opening efforts with the core client coverage team.
• Partner with sales to exceed client expectations and provide seamless onboarding.
• Serve as main contact for clients through KYC onboarding and account opening.
• Provide high levels of customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Citi’s onboarding policies and procedures.
• Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and complete.
• Fulfill requests in a timely manner.
• Liaise with product and partners to complete requests with clear client communication.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold compliance and ethics, escalate issues when needed.
