Citi in New York, NY seeks an Associate for Public Sector Banking to develop new business, strengthen client relationships, and deliver Citi’s platform across Banking, Markets and Services to federal, state and local government clients.

You will analyze client credit needs, manage strategic plans, and collaborate with PAMs to drive revenue growth while ensuring risk controls and dedicated client service. Time Type: Full time.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years of banking experience; Public Sector experience preferred
• Series 79 and 63 required within 90 days of accepting the job
• Understanding of Capital Markets, Services & Markets products and Corporate Banking business (lending, credit, regulatory)
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Aufgaben

• Drive revenue growth goals across Banking, Markets and Services products and solutions
• Lead creation of presentations, proposals, best practices and thought leadership to support client conversations
• Cross-sell Citi’s Banking, Markets and Services products to clients
• Build strong client relationships and ensure timely follow up and execution
• Analyze financial data for clients' credit needs and manage strategic account plans
• Navigate Citi processes with a Public Sector lens to meet sector needs
• Mentor junior staff and provide material for client engagements
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance and Onboarding to ensure regulatory alignment
