Job summary

B2X is seeking a Regional Service Manager Germany to oversee service partners across Germany and Europe, ensuring KPI and SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction. The role is remote with regular travel to partners and customers; requires fluent German and English and a degree in a related field.

You will negotiate contracts, monitor performance, conduct audits, and serve as the main day-to-day contact for customers and providers across Europe.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or vocational training in business, engineering, supply chain or service management.
• Experience with managing service providers and operations is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support service partners in Germany and Europe.
• Maintain and manage service contracts and SLAs.
• Monitor KPIs and SLA performance; report and optimize.
• Manage escalations and process improvements.
• Conduct on-site visits for audits and reviews.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and providers.
