Job summary

MSX International is seeking a German-speaking Trade Programme Manager to lead our programme for a major manufacturing client. The role is based in the UK with regular dealer visits in Germany and involves coordinating with dealers to drive growth and engagement.

You will manage marketing initiatives, develop in-market activity, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and dealer partners to optimize performance across the programme.

Qualifications

• Native German and fluent English language knowledge.
• 3–5 years of dealership related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for dealers and sales teams, supporting network growth.
• Take ownership and delivery of marketing initiatives and in-market activity.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and dealer partners to drive engagement and growth.
• Analyse programme performance and identify opportunities to improve growth and profitability.
