Job summary

Osavul is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Germany to own and grow the market across military, intelligence, and defence procurement. You will build relationships with C-level and senior leaders, convert opportunities into signed contracts, and shape the partner ecosystem in Germany.

The role focuses on originating new business rather than managing existing accounts, requires a deep network in the German defence and intelligence community, and a track record of multi-year public

Qualifications

• 10+ years in international IT/cybersecurity sales.
• Established Germany defence/intelligence network.
• Proven deals with Bundeswehr or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own Germany market strategy and pipeline development.
• Lead end-to-end sales through government/public procurement cycles.
• Engage with C-level and senior defence leaders to shape opportunities.
• Develop a defence partner ecosystem around Osavul in Germany.
• Lead proposals, tenders, and complex negotiations with public bodies.
• Maintain CRM discipline and forecast accuracy for leadership reporting.
