Job summary

Cohere, a leading security‑first enterprise AI company, seeks an SVP Sales, EMEA based in Germany. You will spearhead year‑over‑year revenue growth by developing and executing an enterprise GTM strategy across the region and lead a high‑performing sales team.

You will coach cross‑functional teams with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to synchronize efforts, while representing Cohere to clients, regulators and partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive level go-to-market leadership in technology companies.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-level consultative sales and business development.
• Experience aligning regional GTM strategy with product, marketing and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and lead a comprehensive GTM growth strategy for EMEA, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Provide strategic sales and operational leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Represent Cohere in the EMEA region, advocating the company’s vision, products, and services.
• Collaborate with global marketing, product, and engineering to synchronize sales efforts with broader goals.
• Nurture relationships with enterprise clients and partners, pursue new business opportunities, and close high-value deals.
• Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
