You will assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries about schedules, pricing, and logistics, and process bookings with accuracy.

The role requires fluent German and English, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in transportation or logistics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with booking systems and logistics software is a plus.
