The role requires native or fluent German and offers relocation assistance and a fully paid training program.

You will work in Sofia's fast-paced Customer Support Services environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining CRM records, and contributing to performance metrics.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) required.
• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and account support via phone, email, and live chat to German-speaking clientele.
• Represent major international brands within the Customer Support Services sector by maintaining professional communication standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex user inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support workflows and continuous process improvement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate guidance to our diverse user base.
• Contribute to the team’s success by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
