Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer and material master database.

• Log, assign, and track progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion.
• Interact with customers and collaborators in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Facilitate the invoicing process.
• Front office activities.
