bp Hungary is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative (German speaking) to support Castrol operations. You will handle orders, inquiries and claims with a customer-centric mindset in a hybrid office/remote setup.

The role requires fluent German and English, strong communication, and experience in customer service. SAP/Salesforce knowledge is a plus, with diverse benefits and a path for career growth.

Senior Customer Service Representative - German Speaking (CASTROL)

Customer teams are dealing with sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.

In this role You will:

• Maintain customer and material master database
• Enter customer orders and follow them up
• Manage customer requests and queries
• Logging, assigning, tracking progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion
• Interact with customers and collaborators in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Facilitate the invoicing process
• Front office activities

What You will need to be successful:

• Proficiency German and English
• Solid English knowledge
• Customer oriented approach
• Flexible, motivated personality
• Good communication skills
• Proven experience in the field of Customer Service or in SSC environment is an advantage
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage

This is a role within the Castrol organisation and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.
