Concentrix is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team for Barcelona-based operations. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, resolve issues within SLA, and maintain product knowledge across customer applications.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in German and English required.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls via telephone, email, voicemail, or other alerts and resolve user requests.
• Log call details in the call management system and provide responses within SLA.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applications and products used by customers.
