Job summary

Perk is seeking a German-speaking Enterprise Account Manager to own a strategic portfolio across the DACH region. You will drive client adoption, ensure revenue retention, and expand our combined product suite with Yokoy spend management capabilities.

Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders and collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams. You will translate spend analytics into ROI-driven recommendations, perform executive reviews, and proactively resolve

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German with professional English proficiency.
• Proven success in Enterprise Account Management or Customer Success in SaaS/FinTech/TravelTech.
• Executive presence with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the DACH region.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities to drive revenue retention.
• Deliver data-driven Strategic Business Reviews for executives.
