Envista is a dental company seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the DACH region. You will be the primary contact for dental professionals, handling orders in SAP and addressing requests and complaints with a customer-centric approach.

You will join a team of eight, work with CRM/ERP systems, and benefit from well-certified offices in Prague, with a hybrid work model and supportive training from supervisors and colleagues.

Qualifications

• C2 German and business fluent in English.
• Customer centric approach.
• Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive).
• Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
• Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Order management - receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
• Handle complaints or other requests from clients.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and commercial teams.
• Support the DACH market together with 8 team members.
