Job summary

Envista is a dental company seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the DACH region. You will be the primary contact for dental professionals, handling orders in SAP and addressing requests and complaints with a customer-centric approach.

You will join a team of eight, work with CRM/ERP systems, and benefit from well-certified offices in Prague, with a hybrid work model and supportive training from supervisors and colleagues.

Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the DACH region. In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

What is your role going to look like?

• Together with 8 team members you will be supporting DACH market.
• Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.
• Big part of your day will be order management - receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
• You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
• You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.

Job Requirements
