Responsibilities

• Resolve complex clinical inquiries and time-sensitive escalations from frontline agents and cross-functional teams.
• Manage booked calls to advise on complex, practice-level case issues.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for inbound clinical support tickets via phone, chat, video, and email.
• Perform QA reviews to ensure clinical accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Coach new hires and provide specialized clinical training.
• Create and update Knowledge Base articles, including German-language localization.
