Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Clinical Support Expert to empower German doctors with expert clinical guidance and top-tier service. You will act as a high-level clinical authority, coordinating with the Customer Experience Team to resolve complex cases and improve workflows across the EU regions.

You will also train colleagues, maintain knowledge resources in German, and ensure our digital dental lab standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a high-volume lab setting; digital dental labs a plus.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM digital design in product line contexts.
Strong knowledge of product line dental systems and digital components; comfort with clinical terminology.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex clinical inquiries and time-sensitive escalations with clinical accuracy.
Manage booked calls to advise on complex, practice-level issues.
Serve as primary escalation point for inbound clinical support via phone, chat, or video.
Localize German-language Knowledge Base articles and doctor-facing communications.
Coach new hires and lead clinical training; drive process improvements.
Translate clinician feedback into actionable lab orders and workflow improvements.
