Mercier Consultancy is seeking a B2B Solutions Consultant with German and English to support business clients in Bulgaria. You will understand client needs, tailor solutions, and drive successful outcomes throughout the customer journey.

You will join an international team, provide product support across phone, e-mail and chat, and help clients maximize the value of digital solutions. Relocation to Bulgaria is supported.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business clients.
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple software applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in B2B customer support, account management, sales, consulting, or customer success is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
