Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group in Sofia (Bulgaria) seeks a German Speaking B2B Solutions Consultant to join our client services team. You will provide high‑level consultative support to German‑speaking corporate clients, resolve complex inquiries, and help drive long‑term business growth across the B2B sector.

The relocation package covers flight, transfer and hotel, with fully paid training, health insurance and a monthly performance bonus.

Qualifications

Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Prior experience in B2B customer support services or client relations.
Ability to relocate to Sofia for this position in Bulgaria.
Technologically proficient with a high aptitude for learning new software platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level B2B consultative support to German-speaking corporate clients.
