You will join an international team, provide product support across phone, e-mail and chat, and help clients maximize the value of digital solutions. Relocation to Bulgaria is supported.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business clients.
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple software applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills.
