Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree required and board certification in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the United States required.
• DEA license active and in good standing.
• US work authorization is required to practice in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatments.
• Maintain EHR data using canopy and greenway systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Direct and manage the center care team with Practice Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
