Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based healthcare to local Medicare patients within our neighborhood clinic network. You will work with a large care team to focus on outcomes and preventive care in a center-based setting.

New graduates are welcome, with potential consideration for leadership roles such as Center Medical Director. Compensation reflects base salary plus competitive incentives and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required (board-certified or board-eligible).
• Active, unrestricted State License.
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenway.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Direct and manage the center care team.
