Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in internal or family medicine (or eligible).
• Active, non-probationary state license in the US.
• Active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee and administer primary care.
• Prescribe medications and treatments.
• Maintain patient EMR data (Canopy/Greenway).
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Direct and manage the center care team.
