Job summary
ArchWell Health is an innovative, rapidly-growing medical group delivering outpatient primary care to Medicare-aged patients in community centers. Providers enjoy above-market compensation with base salary and quality-based bonuses, plus full malpractice tail coverage.
Ideal candidates are licensed in the employing state, with primary care experience (internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine), BLS/ACLS, and willingness to travel between centers within the market to deliver high-quality
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in the hiring state.
- Experience delivering primary care, especially internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to manage a Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population.
- Strong examination and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication with patients, families and staff.
- Confident in delivering high quality primary care and addressing social needs.
- Passionate about working in a fast-growing organization.
- Willing to travel within the market to multiple centers.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care with a focus on Medicare-aged patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, RN clinical managers and center teams.
- Deliver high-quality care and coordinate services within centers.
