Job summary

ArchWell Health is dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient primary care for Medicare-aged patients, employing providers in a system designed for quality and access. The role focuses on comprehensive, patient-centered care within a collaborative team of physicians, NPs, and center staff.

We offer above-market compensation with base salary and bonus, full malpractice coverage with tail, and generous benefits including vacation, health insurance, retirement benefits, and CME.

Qualifications

• Active, non-probationary nursing license or PA license in the state of employment.
• Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Comfort with Medicare-aged patient population with comorbid conditions.
• Strong examination and diagnostic skills.
• Interpersonal skills and clear patient communication.
• Willingness to travel within the market to multiple centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services to Medicare-aged patients.
• Collaborate with a care team including physicians, RN managers, and center staff.
• Deliver high-quality primary care and address both medical and social needs.
• Maintain documentation and participate in quality metrics and continuous improvement.
