Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking nurse practitioners and physician assistants for outpatient primary care focused on Medicare-aged patients. The role emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered care with a collaborative team in state-of-the-art community centers.

We offer above-market compensation including base salary and bonus, full malpractice coverage with tail, and a generous benefits package including vacation, health insurance, retirement, and CME.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary.
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Comfortable managing a Medicare-aged, medically underserved population with comorbid conditions.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members.
• Confident delivering high quality primary care and addressing medical and social needs.
• Passionate about their work and energized by a fast-growing organization.
• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other.
