Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking nurse practitioners and physician assistants to deliver outpatient primary care in our Kansas market. You will join a collaborative team providing comprehensive care to Medicare-aged patients in community clinics.

We offer above-market compensation with base salary plus bonus, full malpractice tail coverage, and generous benefits including vacation, health insurance, retirement benefits, and CME.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as NP or PA in the employing state.
• Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics or family medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Comfort with Medicare-aged, medically underserved populations with comorbidities.
• Strong exam and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel among centers within the market.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to Medicare-aged patients.
• Collaborate with Family Practice/Internal Medicine physicians and the care team.
• Deliver high-quality primary care with comprehensive management of comorbid conditions.
• Participate in a supportive care team to enable thorough patient attention.
