ArchWell Health is seeking licensed nurse practitioners or physician assistants to provide patient-centered outpatient primary care at our community-centered clinics in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes a collaborative team approach and delivering high-quality care to Medicare-aged patients.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary.
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team.
• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs.
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to Medicare-aged patients within ArchWell Health centers.
• Collaborate with a collaborative care team including physicians, nurses, and center staff to deliver comprehensive care.
