Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the employment state; active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Willingness to travel to facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Serve as clinical leader, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents.
• Lead regulatory compliance efforts and participate in quality initiatives.
