Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will be a trusted clinical leader for patients, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents, with flexible schedules and autonomy.

Full-Time or Part-Time options, travel to facilities required; manage patient flow, perform histories and physicals, collaborate with APPs, mentor, drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with state license and board certification in geriatrics, internal, family or hospital medicine.
• Experience leading clinical teams and mentoring APPs is preferred.
• Commitment to value-based care and resident-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds (min once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers to manage regulatory and complex visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the clinical team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health's mission in communities.
• Support Medical Directorship activities and regulatory compliance.
