Job summary

Curana Health is seeking physicians to join their senior-care network in a role that supports on-site primary care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will practice medicine on your terms, with autonomy over scheduling and patient flow, while collaborating with APPs to deliver high-quality care.

The position offers full- or part-time schedules, with opportunities for medical directorship and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board certification in geriatrics, internal medicine, family medicine, or hospital medicine.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the employment state.
• Active DEA license and ability to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care with history and physicals for new patients and routine rounds.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the care team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for residents and represent Curana Health’s mission in communities.
