Job summary

Curana Health in the United States is seeking physicians to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will be a trusted clinical leader, mentor to APPs, and an advocate for residents, with notable autonomy and support.

We offer flexible schedules (Full-Time or Part-Time) and a model designed to reduce administrative friction so you can focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounding (minimum once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the team to elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission and values.
