Job summary

Curana Health is seeking physicians to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will be a trusted clinical leader for patients, mentor APPs, and drive improvements in patient outcomes while enjoying a flexible schedule and leadership opportunities.

Medical Directorship options exist, with compensation and a focus on autonomy, quality, and a modern value-based care model. Travel to assigned facilities is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the employment state; DEA license required.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Mentor and oversee Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure clinical excellence.
• Lead quality initiatives and close care gaps to improve patient outcomes.
• Advocate for residents and represent Curana Health’s mission in the communities served.
• Pursue Medical Directorship opportunities and participate in leadership activities.
